The Well Within Coaching was created from a simple belief — that feeling good shouldn’t be complicated.

I wanted to create a space where women could pause, breathe, and come back to themselves. A place that feels calm, encouraging, and real — where wellness isn’t about restriction or perfection, but about finding what truly supports you.

At The Well Within, I help women simplify the noise and reconnect with their natural rhythm. Together, we look at how you eat, move, think, and live — and build small, sustainable habits that bring more energy, balance, and joy into your days.

This is a space for real life — for the busy seasons, the messy moments, and the quiet resets. My approach blends practical tools with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the unique way your body and mind work.

Because when you start living from a place of alignment — when your daily choices match how you want to feel — that’s when everything changes.
That’s when you come home to the well within.

Meet Erica

Hi, I’m Erica — a wellness coach, mom, and founder of The Well Within Coaching.

I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people feel balanced, fulfilled, and connected — both to themselves and to others. My professional journey began in business, where I earned my MBA and spent years understanding how systems, structure, and mindset influence our daily lives and overall wellbeing.

That curiosity eventually led me back to what lights me up most — supporting people on a deeper, more personal level. I went on to earn my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, where I worked with teens and families to improve communication and create safe spaces for emotional growth. While I’m not a licensed therapist and the services I provide are coaching, not therapy, that experience shaped the compassionate, whole-person approach I bring to my work today.

I’m also a Certified Health & Wellness Coach with certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Mayo Clinic’s Health Coaching Program, along with mindfulness training through the Penny George Institute.

Before launching The Well Within, I spent three years in corporate wellness coaching, helping professionals manage stress, prevent burnout, and find balance in high-pressure environments. Those experiences continue to guide the way I support women today — with honesty, empathy, and practical strategies that fit real life.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me cheering on my teens, on the St. Croix River, or curled up with a book — little reminders that joy and wellness start right where you are.
